This notice explains how Jiayin Packaging handles information provided through its Meta enquiry forms and related packaging enquiries.
- Information covered
When you submit a packaging enquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, business or trading name, phone number, optional email address, purchasing purpose, packaging requirement, estimated order quantity and delivery country. During follow-up, you may also provide product specifications, artwork, delivery details or other information needed to prepare a quotation or process an order.
Please provide only information relevant to your business enquiry. Do not send identity documents, payment card details or sensitive personal information through an advertising enquiry form.
- Why we use your information
We use enquiry information to understand your packaging requirements, assess suitable specifications and availability, prepare quotations, discuss samples and delivery, and communicate with you about your enquiry or order by WhatsApp, phone or email. We may also keep relevant business records and use them to handle questions, disputes and applicable legal obligations.
Submitting an enquiry does not place an order or create an obligation to buy. We will seek any permission required before using your details for unrelated marketing.
- Access and sharing
Information may be accessed by Jiayin Packaging personnel responsible for sales and enquiry handling. We may use service providers for business communications and record keeping.
